We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, nestled on a hill and right next to a beautiful park. We enjoyed leisurely walks in the peaceful surroundings. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They even prepared a surprise birthday celebration for my dad, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities one could need. We especially appreciated the sitting area and terrace, where we could relax and take in the stunning views. The spa and wellness center were amazing, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and more. We had exclusive access to these facilities, which made us feel like royalty. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with a wide selection and excellent presentation. we had an unforgettable experience at this place.

The restaurant of Betekints Hotel is excellent. There are lots of kid-facilities nearby the hotel, Zoo, fairy tale park, playground, etc...

What a great weekend getaway! The hotel was ideally located near a zoo, which was fun to explore with the kids. The staff was incredibly polite and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The restaurant served delicious meals with a range of options to choose from. My personal favorite was the fish dish - it was cooked to perfection. The spa was a great addition, and we loved relaxing in the jacuzzi and sauna. Plus, the water temperature was perfect!

The breakfast left something to be desired. The choices were limited, and some of the trays were not refilled promptly. At times, we had to ask for more of certain items, like bacon. Also, the pool was unavailable for private use during a fitness class. It would have been nice to have been informed of this at check-in.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful valley, near the zoo and a charming old church on a hill. the rooms are classic and nice, and the staff is friendly and helpful. the spa and swimming pool are great facilities for relaxing after a day exploring.

The breakfast is lacking in variety and quality, with an automatic coffee machine that makes weak cappuccino.
